Park hoppers and theme park availability

I have theme park reservations for Disneyland, and I'm looking at the availability now online. Only Disneyland is now available as the starting park on some days in April. If we bought park hoppers, how do we know if we can get into DCA after 1pm or can't because it's at capacity? Is it going to be shown on the app and where is that found, or do we find out at the gate of DCA?

You will be able to hop. The parks will not reach capacity.

Yes. Got the park hopper tickets and made reservations. I only booked one day at DCA as starting park though, but want to be able to go there the other days in the evening.

Don't worry. While hopping is technically subject to capacity limits, in practice it just doesn't happen except on the absolutly busiest days. I am not sure about DLR, but at WDW it only happened on the actual date of the 50th for hopping to MK and I think around Christmas, and it only happened to MK, with all other parks always accepting guests that wer epark hopping. At DLR, I wouldn't worry at all about getting into CA, and DL would only be an issue on very busy holidays.
