Hello- flying in Tuesday and doing both parks Wednesday. My question that I can’t find answer to is: I am scheduled for CA first then DL at 1pm. Is there a time we could go back to CA that day if we wanted to?

You can hop back to DCA anytime you like unless it reaches capacity, which is unlikely.
