Park Hopper Upgrade Question

Just a quick question. I will be at the parks next week. I have an adult and a child 2 day hopper passes that I want to upgrade to 3 day hoppers but these are not being used until our December visit. My current 2 days expire Dec 31, 2011. Could I do this now? Would I just pay the difference between the 2 and 3 day? Should I just wait until December? I just figured since I would be there I could do it now so I don't have to bother with it in December but I am worried if I do it now it will expire before I need to use it. Does anyone know how this works? Where do I go to take care of it? Any info would be great.

You can go to any box office to upgrade. If your not using these park hoppers until December I would just wait till then.

Yes you would just pay the difference in price.

The 2 day passes I have now expire Dec 31, 2011. They are the old prices $161 adult and $146 child. So if I am understanding this right I would only need to pay $53 to upgrade the adult ticket and $52 for the child's ticket. I was going to just buy 2 one day tickets but if I can upgrade it will save me some money.

I just realized the 3 day park hoppers I am looking at online are a savings of $10 it says. I think I would have to pay more to upgrade at the box office. I think I will still save money though instead of buying 2 separate 1 day passes.

They just might upgrade your pass at the old price since the prices just changed Sunday. But yes you would have to pay the difference in price.
