Park Hopper upgrade options

Just went online to purchase park hoppers and noticed that they are no longer offering 6-day hoppers. Last summer we purchased a 6-day with our vacation package through Costco and then upgraded to 7-day hoppers at the gate for an additional $5/ticket. Called the box office just now and they are sticking with the usual "we only offer 5-day hoppers". This is the same info we were given last summer over the phone but were still allowed to add that extra day at the gate. Just wondering if anyone knows if they still allow you to add days to a 5 day hopper at the gate and how much it is.

Yes. You should still be able to add days once you are on your trip. Go to the ticket booths to upgrade.

I want to do the same thing. Check out the thread "What do you mean I can't add more days?!" (I don't know how to add a link from the iPhone app).

I'm going to be trying this at the ticket office on wednesday afternoon. I will report back. I'm not expecting that we will be able to add days though

We will be in Disneyland from December 15th - 26th. Well I should say we will be staying at Disneyland from that time (Holiday Inn Express Maingate) but will want to be in the park seven of the days there (we have young kids so we will be taking it slow). Is there a way to get a seven day Park Hopper (realizing I would have to upgrade the extra days at the ticket booth but use it over the course of 10 days? Perfaps I should note that two of those days are Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Please let us know if you are successful. I'll be there in October and was only able to get a 5 day pass. We need at least one more day.

Anyone know if it is possible to add days to convention tickets? We will be in the parks 7 days but have 6 day PH - I have tickets to MHP for the extra day but we could totally use a PH to fill in the time before we can get in for MHP. I figured it is worth a try but am I shooting for the moon here?
