Park Hopper Ticket from 2012

I have a 6 day Park Hopper paper ticket that I purchased from Undercover Tourist in 2012 (date on back says 7/4/12).

I want to upgrade this ticket to an 8 day Park Hopper Plus.

We are going in May 2019 and staying in a DVC with points we rented from an online broker. So no package through Disney.

What would be the be the best way to go about this?
