Park Hopper Tickects

I never thought about this before since this is the first time we are letting the 2 older granddaughters go off alone. We have park hopper tickets and once we get into Disneyland I usually take all the tickets from the kids so they won't get lost. This year we have a 15 and a 16 year old who want to go on their own as they want to ride the larger rides. Will they need to hang onto their tickets to get into DC or does the stamp tell the CMs at DC that they have Park Hopper tickets. Thanks ahead for the info.

Yes, if they park hop they will need their tickets. If they want fast passes, they will need their tickets. Last summer my teen boys had little cell phone holders that attatched to their belts and they kept their tickets and FPs in there. You can find some that have an extra zipper pocket but still very small. Oh, and they wrapped the cell phone in a plastic bag inside the holder to protect it from wet rides.
