Hi All, Was wondering if anyone could suggest whether a PLUS option is truly worth the time or money for a FEBruary Trip. From what I read the Plus options are for :Typhoon Lagon and Blizzard beach as well as the Wide World Sports Complex. I understand what TL and BB are and I am not sure if we would want to do that in February. Anyone have a comment about that?

And we are not sure what the WWS complex is? Is it rides or games or just a stadium? Since this would most likely be what we went to is it worth the extra cost of a plus? We have the last day of our trip where we don't have to be to the airport until evening but don't want to do a park so we are trying to decide what to do on that last day. We are staying at the BV so maybe just the boardwalk or downtown disney is good. Does anyone know if the Disney Quest is part of a PLUS option or if not, is it worth the cost of tickets on say a last day of the trip?

Thanks for any help or opinions

OH one last thing... Spectromagic is closed every night we are there in February.

:(

Is this the fireworks at the end of the night at MK or is it some other parade or show? Thanks!

My understanding on weather in Feb is it's hit and miss.....you'd probably need to wait to see what the weather is like when you're there before deciding on TL or BB. If the weather cooperates and you enjoy waterparks, TL or BB can't be beat!

WWoS is basically a huge sporting complex that hosts a lot of different sporting events. If you're not involved in any of those, there's not much to do there. They do have a 'Sports Experience' play area with some football, soccer, and baseball themed areas, but there's not much to it. Our 10 year old DS is big time sports enthusiast, but even he was only interested in WWoS for about an hour or so, so it doesn't seem worth a Plus admission.

Disney Quest is great if you're interested in that type of thing....it's everything found in a typical arcade plus much more.....lots of unusual virtual-reality-oriented games and most are 'free' once you pay admission to get in. If that sounds appealing, it could be a great thing to do on your last day. Unfortunately, a Plus option can't be used for entry into Disney Quest.

Hope that helps! Have a great trip!

We've hit it both ways. We've seen 80's and we've seen 40's in Febuary. Keep in mind that one of the water parks is usually down for maintenance around that time. If you ever plan on going back plus options are good forever.
