Just confirming that if I have the hopper plus we can go to the water park or golf on a day that we do not go to theme parks and it doesnt count against your theme park days?

Correct.

You have the same number of "plus" entries as theme park days -- so a 5-day ticket has 5 theme park days and 5 plus entries. The plus options may be used in any order: same day as a theme park, a day with no theme park, multiple plus entries on the same day, etc.

Oh hmmm I never knew this. So it would be cheaper for us to get the park hopper+ than get separate tickets to the water park

If you already have park hoppers then yes, adding + is less expensive and, offers more options too.

Correct. Theme park entries are entirely different from the "Plus" entries.

We do this every trip. Water park/mini golf are always on separate days from theme park visits, no problem.
