Has anyone purchased WDW Park Hopper Plus tickets from Hotwiresavingsclub.com? I recently joined and am in my trial membership.
The prices on 6-Day PHP tickets seem really good ($212.80/child, $265.51/adult). I called and the representative said there were no restrictions/expiration date.
Is it too good to be true???

I recently bought the 4 day park hopper plus tickets with hotwire and used them at WDW with no problems. I have also bought numerous lunch vouchers and some gift cards. They have always arrived really fast!

I Bought 6 day PHP tickets yesterday for our trip in April! I saved $92.00!!!

Do they offer these all the time? We're not going until August 2004, and need to wait until a little closer to our trip to purchase our tickets due to financial reasons. Will they still be there, or do I need to jump on this now?

KIRSTIN'S MOMMY

The Hopper Tickets don't expire, but if your traveling to disney after April 2004 you might want to wait on mal vouchers. I purchased 6 meal vouchers for a trip that we just cancelled in April. I'm just going to resell them on Ebay and wait until the new ones come out.

Also, I heard that the prices are going up on the Disney Hoppers early summer. Does that mean if you already have hoppers that you'll have to pay the difference between the old and new price (if traveling after the new price goes into place)?

You shouldn't have to pay anything else. Like you said, they don't expire. They are also "inflation proof". Just like you don't have to pay more if a child moves into the adult bracket and you have unused days on a child's hopper. I actually used a "junior" hopper (for ages 9-18, long since discontinued) from 1981 for my admission last May. It was my ticket originally, so I was able to use it with no additional fee. The original price was $18 for two days at the MK! My how times have changed!

Could someone tell me the price of a 5 day hopper plus from Hotwire and Connections?
I did a search but the search feature keeps going out.
Or could you please give me the connections link and does it tell the price without having to join.

Thanks so much.

5 day plus at hotwire is $236.76 adult, $188.84 child. This includes tax, and it is free s/h.

So if they don't expire, I can buy my nine year old son a seven day hopper ticket this trip (we're only going for two days) at the child's rate, and then next year, when he's ten, he can still use it? That is so cool! Why didn't I know that? (He is still considered a child at nine, right? I mean, it's nine and under, not up to nine, right?) And if we don't go next year, he could use it when he's 11? That is so good to know -- because we definitely will go again in the next few years, so might as well buy now, at the lower rate.

(Sorry, this is kind of off the original topic, isn't it? But one of the answers to the original question prompted it).

To be honest I've read on this board that you have to pay the difference. Personally, I hope I'm wrong, but once a child is over 9 they have to pay adult prices (that's if they ask at the gate of course). Also, once the prices go up I thought you had to go to constomer service at Disney to pay the difference. But like I said, I hope I'm wrong!!!!!

I would buy the child pass and not worry about it. If they ask next year, (doubtful) you can tell them you bought it last year and he just turned 10. They may make you pay extra, they may not. Like a lot, it depends on the CM.

buy the child ticket, they are not going to ask for id, they see thousand of kids every day, i don't really think they will care to much.

My DD is 18 I still have a ticket from when she was a child, she has one more day on it. I am keeping it for future grandchild.
LOL (not for the next 5 yrs)

This is correct. You son can use the child hopper this year and continue to use it until it is used up, even if he is 30! I had a child's pass from when my daughter was 4(the old kind that you signed). I took her back when she was 14, and they gave her a new pass(the machine kind) with her remaining days, for free. You will not have to pay any extra fees.

I ordered an adult and a child 7 day park hopper (got one adult 7 day park hopper free with marriott points), she princess: turned 3 in July and WoW does it suck to have to start paying for everything now!! :scared1:

anways ordered the 2 ph's, 10 olive garden gc's, 5 outback, 5 fridays, 5 chuck e cheese, 6 target and 5 toys r us, 6 movie tickets, on sunday and recieved them all today on Friday.

saved a bundle and used 4 toys r us tonight without a hitch...

So far it has been a great experience! Saved a budle once I get my 20% back on all those GC's.

Love it thus far: :love1:

Can someone give me a little more detail about this? Of course hotwiresavings doesn't want to tell you everything unless you sign up for the trial.

Discounts on the restaurant/store gc's? (Outback, etc)

Any other disney passes? 10 day, etc?

Is it just another 'name' for a Connections program?

Cost for meal vouchers from this one?

Don't forget the theater tickets at $4.50 each. That's a $3.50 savings for our theater. Just wish you could get more than 15 of them. My son and his GF go to the movies every couple of weeks so could really use more.

OK - did I miss the annual fee on this one? It basically sounds like the same as Connections to me but maybe I am missing something. So can you give me the cost so I could figure out if it would actually save me money?

Also - list of gift certificate merchants available?

And clarify - 15 per business per year per family - $ limit? Or doesn't it matter if you purchase $10 or $25 ones? What I am trying to ask is - I could purchase 15 $10 ones, or 10 $10 & 5 $25 or 15 $25 ones - any combination would constitute my max?
