Park Hopper Passes?

I just want to make sure I am understanding our tickets correctly. We have 5 day base passes with the park hopper option. I know that means I can go to more than one park on the same day, but can I go the same park as many times as I want to in those 5 days? And also - on Monday, I am planning to go to Epcot in the AM and then we go to the MNNSHP party that night. Would I be better off to just use our party tickets to get into MK if we only spend half a day at Epcot that day - would the half day at Epcot count as half a day, or a whole day? I hope this makes sense.

TIA!

It doesn't matter how many parks you go to in a day, or over the 5 day period. You could go to the same park every day, or hop to all 4 parks each and every day (hard to do!) If your hoppers don't expire, I would save one of the days for another full day at the parks and just use the party ticket for the day of the party. Relax in the morning, go play a round of mini golf or something and then you can get in to MK at 4pm even though the party starts later I believe... I personally wouldn't burn one day on the hopper and the party ticket on the same day....

Thanks! Good advice about Monday, but we have ADR's for the Princess lunch at Epcot that day, so we don't have much choice - it was all they had left. :confused3 Maybe I will call again and make sure.

Ugh. I'm in a similar situation with a scheduled segway tour at Epcot in december, so I feel your pain; I can't get it on another day that would work better with our tickets. By the way, they don't count 'half days' or anything like that. Once it's validated on a date, that burns one day on your hopper/ticket whether you are there an hour or 15 hours. Once we got to the parks and 2 hours later my son starting throwing up (heat?)...to spare him and the rest of the world at MK this drama we left. Even though they saw we had only been there just 2 hours (validated on the ticket) they would not credit us the day or prorate or anything...at least back in 2003 they would not. He never threw up again after we left. Go figure.

If you want to do just water parks and/or Disney Quest on the Halloween Party day and then go to the party after about 4 PM you don't take outyour regular pass out to enter MK and you won't burn a day off of your regular pass.

If you are making two or more visits to any combination or repetition of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island and/or Disney Quest (including at least one visit other than PI), get the Water Parks Fun option on your regular pass instead of separate admissions.

Don't immediately give up on the parks if someone gets ill and vomits. Sit down in a quiet spot for an hour to see if he feels better. It may just be some bad food. Rinse out your mouth after vomiting (or after consuming grapefruit or pineapple or those juices), these materials rot the teeth.
