Park Hopper Park Reservation Question

If we have park hoppers and arrive after 11am, probably around 1pm. Does it matter if we enter DCA first if our reservation is at DL? Just found out about RSR going down Aug. 18th, so will need to do on the 17th where we have a res for DL. Just wondering if I need to change it if we decide to do DCA first?

According to their website you can enter either park.
