Park Hopper doesn't seem to show in App/mobile web

I was just playing around with the app and making sure all my stuff is linked properly, when I noticed that my park hopper tickets don't say anything that indicates they are park hoppers. Not gonna lie, there was a mild panic moment when I second guessed whether I had in fact actually bought park hoppers. I went back to my confirmation email, and sure enough it indicates they are hoppers. The 'All Day' wording on the tickets in app and on web seems misleading. Just wanted to check in here and see if anyone else had the same ticket anxiety going on and to make sure this isn't indicating some kind of problem and is just bad user interface!

I just went in and checked mine. In the app when you go to your profile and then select tickets and passes does it say “park hopper”? Mine does….

Yeah, that screen does. It is just the odd wording of 'all day' on the other ticket screens that threw me for a loop. I guess it is because those are views of the reservation and not the ticket itself.

I agree it's confusing. I guess they're just trying to indicate that your reservation allows you to enter that park at any time of day (and that you have to enter that one first).

Yes, I was worried about the same thing. I finally convinced myself that it meant that I had to stay in the park until the afternoon before we could hop. Thanks for posting about your anxiety, it confirmed my thoughts.

This also gave me pause! I did have the print outs that indicated they were hoppers, though, so I figured it was just a wording issue and everything was fine.

so clearly a first timer here. my tickets aren't showing up at all. we're staying at DLH and have a package (and have park reservations) but no tickets in my app.

our first day is 4/11. should they be showing up now or do i wait?

Tickets bought with packages usually don't show up in the app until 72 hours before your first park day (or perhaps 48 hours, I can't remember offhand). So, no need to worry yet.
