Park Hopper (DHS and AK) ressie advice

Howdy y'all. I have a trip coming up the last week of August treating my parents for the first time. We are doing Hollywood studios in the morning and Animal Kingdom at night. I already have reservations at Tiffins at 8pm (which we are very very excited about). What other reservations or meals or QS or snacks (honestly any advice) do you recommend for the day. I was unsure about making any other reservations because we are doing the two parks but my father would probably love Brown Derby.

2 signature meals on the same day would be too much for me. But if you have the self restraint to have just a light lunch, HBD would be great. The entree sized Cobb Salad is a favorite. And if you're going to be enduring the August heat, a TS lunch will provide a much needed air conditioned break.

How about the Brown Derby lounge? We haven't done it but plan to next month. You could get more appetizer like food and have a nice, but lighter lunch. They don't take reservations, and I don't know how busy it gets or how early.
