park hopper and twilight ticket question

I am going to DL at the end of the month and I have some questions about tickets, my SIL is going with me and had a twilight ticket and a 2-day hopper. Can she use the hopper, then twilight, then take a break and then the 2nd day of the hopper? Is that allowed? So it would go something like this:

Wednesday-hopper
Thursday-Twilight
Friday-no park
Saturday-hopper

Yes. The multiday hoppers usually say must be used with 13 days, they do no need to be used on consecutive days.
