I have been to both and love both in different ways.
Breakfast is yummy in my opinion- i like the biscuits and gravy and it's got a big selection of stuff and the characters are fun. Tigger and Pooh- Alice in Wonderland and Mary Poppins. It was always a nice relaxing bfast to do like on our last day at disney or on a day "off" from parks.
Dinner- I was not crazy about the food- but my hubby loved it. i think tehy had prime rib and that is what he got a ton of. I did like the mashed potatoes. There was nothing my son liked, but he is very picky!
The menus should be listed under the dining page.
Characters for dinner are Cinderella, prince charming, ugly step mom and step sisters.
Now the characters for dinner are MUCH more fun. They are all great and the sisters are hysterical!!! My one son didn't like the mom much cuz he didnt understand why she was mean

But when i told him that he could tell her that she was a mean lady he liked that!!! hahaha.
For character interaction- especially if you have girls i would think (though my boys loved it) i would do dinner.
Teh ONLY real complaint i have about this place is that it usually takes a bit to get seated. Don't count on it being a quicker place to go.
Also after dinner- we had fun going over to the arcade area and there's a viewing area outside for the fireworks. that was a fun end to the night
