Park crowds Dec 22-25??

I am thinking for my 7 yr olds christmas/birthday present that I am taking her to WDW for 3 nights/3 days.. she wants to go so bad and we had planned on going as a family and it didnt work out.. the rest of the family would rather go on a cruise when we do our family vacations, so I thought economically it wont break me if just me and her go and that way she will have to chance to experience disney.. she is the only one in our family who hasnt been yet..

Just wondering what is the crowds like from around Dec 22-25 and how is the weather??
