Im thinking off booking a weekend trip to Paris for me and my fiance. We will be getting the eurostar but i have no idea where to stay. Can anyone recommend a good place?

Well apart of the obvious - Disneyland Paris it might be worth posting up on the DLP board as a few members mix visits to the park with stays in the centre of Paris

there are many wonderful hotels in Paris, but like anywhere, it depends on what you want to spend....
go to www.tripadvisor.com and check the reviews on hotels in Paris...(it also gives you an idea of the average price charged)....
my familiarity with Paris hotels is limited to the expensive ones, so if you're interested in that let me know......

It's been a while, but DH and I have stayed at The Intercontinental. The public areas were nice but the guest rooms could have been more luxurious considering the price tag. It's in perfect central location, very close to the Paris Opera house and Eiffel Tower.

lived in paris for quite some time as hubby is parisian..
need to know anything then pm me..
id just say that you cant get a bad hotel, just abad area, and believe me there are some really dodgy bits of central paris!!
