If your talking stictly looks than yes she's very pretty. As for her choices regarding her actions, clothing, etc. then that could be debatable.

The term "hot" means different things to different people. And for many of those definitions, the same person can be "hot" under certain circumstances and not under others.

One definition of "hot" typically applied to Paris Hilton is a definition that implies something sexual (sex -- not love -- sex). Without violating the G rating of this web site, it is sufficient to say that with regard to that definition, how the person being labeled feels about whether they're hot or not has a lot to do with it, and clearly Paris does consider herself hot in that way. To evaluate how appropriate her personal assessment is, with integrity, I would have to be single. Projecting, though, what a single man would think about her, with regard to this definition of "hot," and assuming the single man is actually normal, and not a fetishist who would be biased against anyone, like Hilton, who perhaps doesn't match his fetish, yes, Paris Hilton is indeed "hot".

I always thought that she looked like a duck. So, even though she spends a fortune to look the way she does (fake tan, fake blue eyes, fake blond hair), she still is NOT hot IMO.
