Paris/disneyland paris

Hoping to plan a trip to London/Paris in April. Thinking 3-4 nights London and 3-4 nights paris with one day on Disney, maybe an overnight there. Kids are 7 and 10. Possible itin

London we will do the eye, changing of guard, Churchill war room, Tower of London, Westminster abbey, Harrods and a Thames river cruise, double decker tour

Paris-- any ideas for kids? We will go to Eiffel Tower. Looking for kids tour of museum highlights. Anyone know of kid geared tours? I am not as familiar with Paris.

I think they would live a day at Disney. Easy from Paris on the train?

Can't help with the tours but it's very easy to get to DLP from Paris on the train, it takes approx 40 minutes.

The Centre Pompidou has a "Children Gallery" (to help them develop their artistics sides), the Parc de la Villette has a "Children City", dedicated to them, with lot of interesting exhibitions for them.
If they like science, you can go to the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (city of science and industry), you've also got the Cafézoïde, in front of the Holiday Inn Express Paris, quai de la Loire, it's a "bistrot" for children.

Boat cruise on the Seine (with the taxi-boat or the bateau mouche) are nice, and so is the Louvre (the museum inside or the outside). I didn't find a map in english, but you have a lot of "galeries" and "passages", those are shopping arcades full of quirky, upscale and speciality shops. They are also beautiful to see, for their architecture is always very "magical" (think end-of-century).
I have website that lists them, I can MP it to you if you want.

You can also visit the Luxembourg Gardens (Jardins du Luxembourg), the Plants Garden (Jardin des Plantes, with a mini-zoo and the National Museum of Natural History) and the Jardin d'Acclimatation (a bit far away from the centrum, but very fun with kids)

Something fun to do, but a bit gloomy, is going to the Père Lachaise cemetery and looking for the différent famous tombs (Edith Piaf, Jim Morrisson, etc...) with the map they provide at the entry. There are also a lot of beautiful tombs and.....a lot of cats, some are ferals (but still friendly) others are domesticated...but they are, usually, very friendly.
But it's still a cemetery soooo, probably a bit scary for children and definitely NOT stroller-friendly (and sometimes not even foot-friendly, I ruined a pair of sneaker there...)

Has anyone done Disneyland Paris in one day? I know we won't be able to do everything but doable to do a "highlights" tour?

If you omit the Studio, then it's totally doable.

Be sure to graph FP for Peter Pan's Flight as soon as possible, and eat around 11am or 2pm so you can ride when everyone is eating. Same with the parade, it's not a must-see in my opinion, I usually just do some ride while everyone is watching it.

IMHO, here's the "must-do" rides :
- Big Thunder Mountains Railroad
- Peter Pan's Flight
- It's a small world
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Space Mountain V.2 (I can't do it anymore because of health reasons but it's still nice to see, be careful tho, you're neck will suffer a bit and it's NOT like its american counterparts)
- visit the Castle and the two (Liberty and Inventions) shopping arcades in Main Street
But still, this is my opinion ^^
