Parents visiting us at a Wilderness Lodge for a day, can they park there?

If I walk out and get in their car on the main road and then go with them through to the parking lot, my magic band in hand, can they park there as they visit us at the hotel? We have a room at WL for 4 days and they might pop over to go to dinner and such. We wont have a car for our stay but can I register their car as ours so it can park there?

In 2013, my mom's cousin came to AKL to have lunch with her, and we just talked to the front desk and gave them the cousin's name. Parking at resorts, especially at Magic Kingdom resorts, has changed though since 2013.

Yes, they can park there as they visit you. They don't even need you to walk out and get in their car. At the gate they will show an ID and tell the guard YOUR name. Give your parents your room number, too
