Parents of girls: What would you do?

Im kind of confused with the statement "let girls stay little for as long as they can", my little girls play in my wifes makeup all the time, as long as the makeup is done tastefully neither is a bad option.

I'd like to reply to this and can only speak for myself, of course, but the OP's daughter in question is 6. While I understand not everyone will necessarily agree with me, I personally think that Studio 365 and it's emphasis on turning the child into a "popstar" and it's tween appeal is geared more for slightly older girls. Obviously there's NOTHING wrong with taking a 3 yr old or a 6 yr old there. And it's not about the makeup IMO. It's simply parental preference and the simple fact that little girls aren't little girls forever. They aren't going to be into princesses or believe in the childish fantasy of being a princess themselves forever. It's a short window and once it's gone... it's gone. So I think the advice is to enjoy it while it lasts. There's plenty of time ahead when girls are bigger and their once-beloved princesses have become "for babies" and then they can go to Studio 365 and do the whole celebrity-tween fantasy thing. :goodvibes

I would definitely choose BBB for both girls.
I am of the belief that a little girl needs to stay a little girl for as long as she can.

I agree, your eldest daughter has many years ahead to become a tween.

Enjoy her childhood and princess fantasies for as long as you can.

Wow, thank you so much for all of your responses! The majority of replies were for BBB. And I never thought about the fact that going to Studio Disney would take away from our park time! So that was pretty much the deciding factor for me. While my oldest does LOVE Hannah Montana, etc, she also LOVED her experience at BBB. And she did pick the Pop Princess style.

I'm definitely going to do Studio Disney another time! It's also something I think she'd really enjoy.
How CUTE is she?!?! I'm glad that both your DDs had a great time.
