Sorry its been so long for me to actually get on with this trip report just been so busy since we have been home. Also persuading DBF that we need to go again surprisingly didnt take long to convince him think i have also converted some one. :cool1:

So here goes

Cast

Me Disney fanatic love everything disney lost count which trip this is

Dbf 2nd time to disney but cant remember anything about it

August 22nd 6.40 am

We got to our coach collection point and the coach was already there. The bus driver asked "Disney land paris?" I wanted to jum up and down and scream "YES YES!!" lol so after a few and a few stops and change in driver we were at folkestone the trip went surprisingly quick with help from The nintendo DS and PSP

When we got to France it went really quck again watching aladin. We arrrived at disney village about 7 we only had 2 hours so we only had a quick bte at mc donalds and looked round the shops and a nose in disney land paris imagine the lucky high earners that can stay in there WOW!! Back to the hotel for an early night.

August 23rd 7.40am WAKE UP CALL

Up washed fed and ready to go!!! We decided to get our own way to disney so we got the RER and thanks to you fellow DISERS i knew exactly what to do and where to go :worship: so the train was in 4 mins to when we arrived great three stops later and we were there with a bang literally lol i fell up the step on my knee GREAT a whole day on my feet with a huge swalen knee :headache: but im in my favourite place so just get on with it.

i dont know if this is normal but we were let in the studios park at 9.30 and was aloud to get fast pass' for tot and we rode rock n roll rollercoaster so this was great we qued for the studio tram tour after walking past crush which alread looked about an hour long before they were letting people on so we didnt even return to the ride. tower of terror is amasing in dlp much better then wdw its more of a shock and the view is beautiful.

after riding the tower of terror and buying a hoodie because it was cold (at the time i didnt know it would soon be in the mid 20's) i limped over to the disney park i love magic kingdom i just feel at home and so happy when im there  :cloud9:

we went on phantom manor first i dont know what it is but i have never been on this ride with out the ghost interfearing and it stopping is it just me or does it happen to every one? i still love the ride and all the detail of it. after a walk around we went to discovery land and my bf eye lite up when he saw buzz light year he loves toy story the que was 15 mins but we were starving so of to pizza planet where else lol when we walked over to buzz light year 50 mins it had gone up to? what did every oe rush to it. so we got a fast pass and went to pirates i love the smell of when you get inside of the ride but oh my god how rude are some people they pushed and shoved my bf one woman used him to put her map against his back to show her friend where they were going next and when he pulled away they started saying some thing to us but in french we were so shocked this isnt the end of our problems with other people.

so after pirates buzz story book ride and sm2 it was time for our reservation a t blue lagoon this was the most beautiful meal ever and i enjoyed stting down my feet were killing and my knee we had the lobster to start which was beautiful then for mains i had sword fish which was delish and my bf had mahi mahi yummy making my mouth water now just thinking of it after this i was a little stiff so we went for a bit of a walk and take some pics to loosen up abit we went back on phantom manor and buzz then did a bit of shopping and sat down for the fantilusion parade

we sat down 1 hour and 40 mins before the parade and we still had trouble where my knee was hurting i had to stand up because it was so stiff so we were stood so close to the edge of the curb we were nearly in the road but still a group of ten adults sat in front of us i couldnt believe it then a family of four squeezed in between them splitting them up and when the parade had started another 3 came and squeezed in with them we now had a very poor view of the parade and this was a bit up setting that we went so early to watch it after this i wasnt quiet up to watching the firewroks which i am so disapointed about as was looking forward to but i was to fraile to be pushed around again so went back to the station and the train was there waiting for us thank god we got back to the room and we just collapsed on the bed.

Sunday 24th august wake up call at 6.30??

we didnt know what time the coach was leaving today as we didnt go with them the day before so we thought oh no they are leaving really early getting a wake up call then but it was tot he wrong room we were up and ready 2 and half hours early :sad1: so after loading the bags and every thing on to the coach back to disney for the last day :( i hate leaving it we just had a quiet day nosing round all the hotels and shops it rainned hard nearly all day. we had reservations at steakhouse at 1 but we were hungry at 12 and they let us in then as it was such terrible weather we stayed there for nearly two hours making the most of the free wine this place is beautiful i love it there so much. after soending our last few euros it was back on the coach for a very long journey home it felt like for evere with alot of restless kids on load of sweets.

but all in all it was amaising trip i loved spending it with my bf and converting him onlly 6 weeks till wdw and 19 weeks to dlp

good to hear your knee didn't stop you enjoying yourself. wWerever you go though however nice you are you always get people that are rude and barge you out the way or push in.

It's always part of the trip now days with us, people don't seem to care anymore, though in my case it always seems to be the English who are picked on. I think we're too nice sometimes!

Sounds like a good trip :thumbsup2

The phantom manor ghost interrupting happens a lot, as this is very often the case when disabled riders get on, as they have to stop it for a while.

We also have problems occasionally with people, but this is usually because they tend to walk straight across our (admittedly very large) push chair, or do not leave us a large enough gap to pass through when crossing the road at parade time etc, so they seem to think of us as rude for asking nicely if they could mind their backs / feet etc so we don't run them over by accident.

Overall it sounds like a good trip! Shame about the bashed knee!

Nice trip, sorry to hear about your knee though. Hope its ok now! The same thing happened to us on phantom manor but it seemed for quite a long time.

Also with other people being rude and pushing, we found that a lot too and getting kicked etc when waiting for the parades to start.
