First, I will say that I travel a LOT! I have an international executive job which takes me around the world (clients in London, Paris and Tokyo, New York, Dallas and Atlanta) and I am picky about where I stay. I also owned a luxury travel referral business.
We are at the Parc Soleil on Palm Parkway and this is our first time at this property. Love, love, love! Last year we spent 8 wonderful nights at the Waldorf and really enjoyed that. I can say that the suites here at the Parc rival those at the Waldorf. All in all, the suites here are better...more spacious....brighter....bigger balconies. We are in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite - 1,300 square feet. It feels like a large, luxury apartment. The kitchen is appointed with GE Profile appliances, granite counters, Cuisinart pots and pans. We have glazed hardwood floors, a deep soaking top, large glass showers, washer/dryer, enormous terrace with table and chairs + chaise lounge, dining area with large table + 4 chairs....everything is bright and fresh....and incredibly clean.
We have interior garage parking (free), a fitness studio, jogging trail, beautifully manicured grounds, multiple pools, hot tubs, billards room, etc. We haven't completed exploring but let's just say that our teens haven't wanted to go to the parks since we checked in. (we split stay and arrived here as part 2).
The A/C is quiet as a mouse, beds are oh oh oh so incredibly comfortable, down pillows are fluffy and abundant.
After many stays in this area, including Disney GF, Poly, Boardwalk, Beach Club....I doubt if we will stay anywhere else again (ok, maybe the Waldorf). Pictures available - I will upload them to photobucket once we arrive at home.
5 mins to Downtown Disney.
I hope this helps someone looking to make a decision. I am happy to answer questions. More details in my post-trip report.
