I've been twice, I think it's fab! It's definitely a lot more "French" than Disneyland - there were a lot of non-English speakers working there when I went. The theming there is pretty good, not quite Disney standard, but still nice to look at. And the rides aren't half bad either - the Zeus rollercoaster is bloody terrifying, I must say!

I would say it's defo worth a day's visit, but not if it means taking a day out of your time at DLP!

thanks emma... i always loved Asterix! lol.... i can't make it this trip... and i'm always loath to be THAT close to DLRP and not spend the day @ the park kwim?

maybe next time...

I went in August,

Very good park, tons of rides and 4 water rides which was really nice as it was like 30c + that day.

Dolphin show is very good, did not have time to see the other shows though.

Food that I had was pretty bad, and way too salty.

Overall, take a day trip there sometime its well worth it.

I don't think it is open in the winter (a bit like Alton Towers, Chessington and Thorpe Park in that respect). Very french. Good themeing. Food hours were a bit strange when we went. Restaurants closed from tea time!

We stayed at the on-site hotel in log cabins and was excellent. If you like Oasis in the lake district this is the hotel for you.

Was lovely in the summer but avoid french holidays!!!!! Good selection of rides, much better than camelot and possibly Americal Adventure. Perhaps on par with Drayton Manor which we love.

Enjoy.
