Paramount-plastic or paper?

Just curious if the tickets from paramount are plastic or paper? Does a 7 day PHP have 7 tickets or 1?

They are paper. They are the the same tickets you get from disney. You only get 1 and all 7 days and your 4 plusses are on there, the computer just reads it as you slip it in.

Only Disney has the plastic tickets. All independent ticket wholesalers have the paper ones.

All days on a PHP are encoded onto a single ticket.

Yes, they are paper tickets. The 30 day pass is a voucher that must be handed in at guest relations.

Do you have to use the finger scanner with the PHP passes?

no you dont use the scanner with park hoppers, just slip it inteh slot and walk thru.

When did Disney switch to plastic? I know the room ids are plastic, but I thought their tickets were paper. My annual pass is paper, and I just got a replacement in March!

Gillian, as hard as it is to believe, the AP and PAP are the only multi-day admissions that you buy from Disney that is NOT plastic.
