Does anyone know if you can just order a beer in Paradiso 37 at Downtown Disney and sit outside overlooking the water?

I'm not entirely sure but just wanted to point out that Disney Food Blog did a review on this place a couple of days ago.

we did this last year around lunch time on our final day - we weren't too sure if we wanted to eat there as it was a bit early still, but the staff were very accommodating and we ended up only having a few drinks. It was pretty quiet so I'm not sure how it would have been if it was packed - very enjoyable to sit out there, I'd recommend it!
