Paradiso 37 or Bongos?

Which of these two would you recommend in downtown Disney? (looking to try something different in Downtown Disney area, we have tried quite a few places, and these are of the most interest that we haven't tried.

I havent been to either but Bongos consistently gets poor marks while Paradiso is gets better marks

I wouldn't give Paradiso 37 a good mark for service or food. We ate there in June: pompous service, hard black beans, stale tortilla chips. We did a pre Cirque meal here and ended up at Perkins for pancakes after the show we were so hungry. You can probably enjoy a drink here though.

I have heard of poor service at Bongos, but know the music is awesome late night. I have not eaten there, sorry I can't help more.

Really liked Paradiso 37 a couple of weeks ago. Ate as a solo diner (attending conference) on the outside patio. Had a great Mango Margarita and the surf and turf which was fabulous. Server was cute and efficient. The view was super.

Will return with my family next time.

I guess it depends on the server. We had the best service in Bongos during our 7 days in August and we loved our meal. Fantastic night.

Been to Bongos twice and had great service each time, plus their Sangria is delish

Love Bongos! never had an issue there! service was quick and staff was very friendly!

Paridiso used to have a good menu, but now it is slowly becoming a burrito/taco spot.
As septbaby suggests, it is a good spot for a drink and maybe an appetizer at the bar.

Paradiso hands down...
Bongos is buffet style food. I was there the other night and my rice and beans were served literally 30 seconds after ordering. This is an impossible time unless the food was already cooked and just preserved for later heating.
