It is very spread out. It's been a couple decades since I stayed there, but there were 3 room area options: waterfront, garden and I can't remember the other, maybe it was called river. There are man made rivers and pools throughout the whole place. Some of the pools are small and quiet. There is a large main pool. I grew up walking distance to there and spent many times walking around, biking, etc there. The majority of the rooms will have a nice view or small grass area. If you look at a map, just figure out if you want to be near the big pool or a small pool or bayfront and then make that request.
