Paradise/pixar pier reopen

So it says on parks blog that it reopens June 23. Does that mean the entire pier is closed? Will pieces reopen before the 23? It seems vague.

When I was there the end of January this is what I saw....
Going up over the bridge past Ariel's Grotto you can only go over to Toy Story. From there the wall blocks it off.
There were walls up covering the construction zones. For the constructions part up high there are tarps covering the view.
Not sure about the other way around, I didn't go over in that direction.

Nothing has changed from what geemo posted (we were there yesterday).

From the other side of the pier, you can still do all the carnival rides. Right now it is decorated for the Lunar New Year. The pier is closed on that side after the Silly Symphony Swings. If you look on the Disneyland app, the area closed is colored green, rather than the light gray color of the normal walkways.
