What floors do the rooms at PPH start on?
I know the rooms at DLH start one flight above the lobby wondering if PPH is the same.

PPH has a weird floor plan, due to the fact it was built for the Oriental market prior to Disney buying it....

Yes, you could be assigned the 13th floor, as there is no bad luck with that number in Asian cutlture..

The 3rd floor is the first floor of rooms, and is also the pool deck floor.

The 15th floor is the top floor.

Thank-you for the 13th floor explanation, here now & thought that was odd that there was a 13th floor.

And yet they have a 4th floor even though that is the unlucky equivalent in asian culture? That seems poorly executed if asian culture is the reason reason for the floor numbering.
