Paradise Pier

Is Paradise pier still all lit up at night now with all of the construction going on??? Also is california screamin going to see any downtime because of the "retheming" going on there? Thanks!

That has most of the latest information.

It is easier for you to study that and get an idea of all the changes. It is done is bits and pieces. Right now it is San Francisco bathroom move and theming, wharf theming and restaurant changes, retheming sun wheels, retheming screamin, retheming the area just east of Toy Story Mania.

As one area is done new ones go under refurb and retheming. Maliboomer may or may not be removed and will stay until they are ready to build there. Jumpin Jellyfish and Rustworthy are staying until they need the area but the water is gone around the front the boat. You are looking at almost nonstop building on the pier for 8 moths or more without including the Ariel ride.

We were there last weekend, Screamin' was working just fine and yes, the lights were all on at night. There were walls up and workers in the lagoon but otherwise it was great.
