I've been searching and I can't find the rates for this hotel. Can anyone help me out? And can 5 of us be in one room? 2 parents, 3 kids.

Is it worth it, or should we just stay at a Good Neighbour hotel? Would love some advice.

p.s. How do I change my signiture? I can't remember!

Okay - do you have any perks like an AP? Will you go through WDTC, AAA, or call the hotel directly? 5 is the max number for a regular room - 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa that sleeps one. When would you be going? My rate for PP for April and the Oct. trips were roughly $203 per night PLUS resort fees and taxes, that's with an AP discount though.

Worth it - well, it's nice and close, it's clean, the pool is great, the service is good, and you're at Disney. The soundproofing isn't great there, the bathtubs are small, the carpet really hurts your feet when they're sore from walking. You don't have to figure out transportation or take a shuttle to the park and you have character meals right by you and some other nice hotels. You get the Early Entry perks which is nice also.

The Disney resort hotels are okay, there are certainly nicer hotels available in the area for less money. Just depends on what is most important to you. We always do them because of proximity, restaurants, having Disney all around us, kid-friendly, and not having to wait on a shuttle or taxi to take us to the park. Pre-kids we always stayed at the nicer hotels and didn't have the extra stuff to lug along with us.

I don't have any discounts at the moment. We've stayed offsite our previous visits, but we just came back from WDW and the 3 times we've gone there we've always stayed onsite.

I don't think its as necessary with DL, but we're considering it, if the price wasn't too steep.

Our price at the POR was $165 a night (no discounts) and the landscaping and theming is worth the price.

Hmmmm. I guess I'll keep researching.

Anyone know the 1-800 #? I have the one for WDW but the DL.

You know, I don't have an 800 number but I always call 714-956-Mickey. Disneyland Hotel grounds ARE worth the price alone. And it's a short walk from the PP to there too.

We got a one bedroom suite that looks great with a AAA price of $469 plus a bunch of tax. It has two queens and a pullout. Since we have older teens who can't sleep in a daybed, it was cheaper than getting two rooms. It also has two bathrooms which will be a tremendous help!

Damo - haven't seen the suites - have you been in a regular room as well? Just wondering size wise how much larger the suite is?

Here are some pictures.
