I stayed at one of the 4 bedrooms in January. It was nicer than any other place I have stayed in Orlando. Plus the resort pool area was really nice and even though it wasn't very warm we were swimming in it and using the hot tubs and sauna. I was very impressed overall. We are going back in June and bringing my mom since there was a main floor king size bedroom for her (no stairs).

We were on Coco Palm road in one of the townhomes. I think they are all the same except some have 5 bedrooms and some have 4 bedrooms. We used Florida Scandinavian, I think they manage most of the vacation rentals there. I spent a lot of time on Homeaway and FlipKey looking at the different listings and they all seemed very similar. So you could book through Homeaway, FlipKey or Floridascandi.

I could not find an actual website either, I think that's because they are all privately owned. You should try to get a townhome as close as possible to the clubhouse, although none of them are what I would call "far" from the clubhouse and the whole complex was walkable with the clubhouse/resort pool in the center. The south side of the complex is still being built so that half is not pretty to look at right now but the other side where we stayed is done.

To get to Disney took under 10 minutes from the time we left PP. I don't remember how long it takes if you factor in driving up to MK, paying, parking, etc because that is its own thing. And if you go to Animal Kingdom and turn on Sherberth road it takes you right to the AK parking lot, it is really close.
