Parades are stressful

Well, the "influencer" (self proclaimed) was totally in the wrong, but how does the other lady back up far enough to "lose her spot" when influencer sits on her feet? And the park goer tried to be the "parade police", which really isn't her job either.

That's why you don't sit to watch parades. Any New Orleanian can tell you that: if you want to sit at the barrier, you pay for a reviewing stand spot or you get squashed. (Or in the case of this influencer, moved along by a cop; they don't defend barrier-sitters; too dangerous.)

Disney is hugely at fault in this, by creating floats with detail near the ground. If you put all of the decorative details above 6 feet, then everyone can easily see everything by looking up.

Of course, now there will be a developing market for these: https://www.amazon.com/Colorful-Lea...7N3G26F/ref=pd_lpo_3?pd_rd_i=B087N3G26F&psc=1

The advantages of being an older woman, I would have just kindly told the young thing she was on my feet and ask her to move. If she got uppity with me, well, I'm a little old woman so can't be held responsible for things I say. Plus, Mama voice tends to make younger people sit up and notice, even today's self centered youth. And I'm southern so I can sweet you to death and before you know it, you are squirming and apologizing without even realizing it.
