With the new parade starting at MK on the 9th, we will be in the kingdom on the 19th. Does anyone know the route and best place to view it without needing to use one of my coveted FP+?
Thanks again!!

If typical, runs from Main Street to Frontierland. And good seating/standing can be found in Frontierland and Liberty Square.

Because of the lengthy floats, it's being reported on other forums that FoF will run from Frontierland to Town Square.

This is correct. F squared (it's gonna happen) runs from froland to ms.

Does anyone have a suggestion...should we use a FP+ for this or is there a specific spot someone has gone we have 2 younger boys so sitting it out for an extended period not great but DH could take said little boys while I try and hold a spot?

For CDCT that ran during one Christmas Party in December, we found spots directly in front of the toy rifle kiosk in Frontierland - across from Diamond Horseshoe. Not crowded at all.

Because there is a lot of excitement over this parade, it's hard to judge if a Fp+ may be necessary. Will you be going to MK more than one day?

Just 1 day at MK this trip :(

You may have to keep checking the route from a couple of hours before the parade to see what the spots look like. DD performs in MK parades, including this upcoming FoF, and recommends the following spots:

- in front of the toy rifle kiosk
- in front of the parasol cart that's near the Hall of Presidents...there's space between the cart and the lamp post
- anywhere in front of the Train Station in Town Square...the parade will take some time to get there

But, if you can afford to Fp+ the parade, that may be the easiest especially with young kids.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Since some of the floats are quite long, is it better to view it at a straight section of the route than the hub area (where it is curved)? Also, if it goes from Frontierland to MS, would we be looking west, directly at the sun to see the parade??

Lots to look at on all of the floats and it probably won't matter whether you are on a straight or curved section of the route. If you sat on the point/teardrop area of Town Square, you could watch the parade come up Main Street with the Castle as a backdrop...but those spots may be taken early.

At 3:00, the sun may not be a factor but if you sit with your back to Frontierland when at the Hub or on Main Street, then the sun should be behind you.

Thanks for these suggestions!! Will do our very best! We normally don't travel during Spring Break but, our oldest is a college freshman so here we go.....I'm a tad afraid of the crowds
