There are areas for ECVs and wheelchairs for the parades at the Hub, the entrance and across form the Hall of the Presidents. For Wishes behind the castle is good as is the Rose Garden to the right of the castle.

I will not publicly answer this question, but have sent you a PM.

There is no special disabled viewing for Wishes that I am aware of. It's basically every man for himself. It really doesn't matter, though, as you will be looking over the heads of everybody to see them. So, if you are in the disabled viewing in front of the castle for the parade, just turn around and wait for Wishes to start and you will be fine.

Sorry but I have to disagree with that. I have been in spots that should have been excellent to view Wishes and had people stand in front of me and then could not see the fireworks even when looking up. When in a wheelchair you are low than those standing and in tight quarters the standing people do block your view. My advice is to get some place like a fence where no one can stand in front of you. And don"t count on CMs to block people from standing in the walk way. Had a great spot right on a walkway for Wishes and people stopped in the walkway and refused to move. Ended up with a butt in my face and no view of fireworks. Plus people wanting to leave decided the footrest of my wheelchair was a great way to step over me and others. One idiot almost fell on the stroller next to me.

I agree with Talking Hands.
Unless you ate someplace where no one can get in front if you, your view from a wheelchair or ECV will be blocked by other guests.
There are fireworks above you, but many are set off from behind the castle or from other parts of the park. A person in a wheelchair or ECV in a crowd may only be able to see the higher things or those directly overhead
There are also many things taking place on the front of the castle that you would not be able to see.
A view from the side with no one in front of you is better for someone using a wheelchair or ECV than a spot right in front of the castle with people in front of you.

Thank you all. That's the type of advice i was looking for. We onl;y tried a parade once and I ended up not being able to see because of people crowding in around me. We have MVMCP tickets and so I really want to be able to see.

For Wishes, I've had pretty good luck parking my chair next to a railing near the Rose Garden (a little towards the old Swan Boat Ride)

Must admit to a nicotine problem- the last time we were there I parked right next to the smoking area nearest to the Plaza Restaurant.

I've found these areas often aren't nearly as crowded as the Castle/hub/Main St. areas.

But you have to get there fairly early to grab the best spots next to the railings(so no one can stand in front of you) Good luck
