You probably won't see the parade from any seat in the restaurant.
There are a couple windows, but people stand out on the porch and on the street and such. That restaurant is not in any way set up as a viewing location for the parades...sorry.

I think I've seen outdoor seating available during lunch, so I'm guessing you might be able to see the afternoon parade if they are still offering outdoor seating in the daytime.

No, the only way you'll see the parade from your table is if they have the patio seating open and you get put out there.
