What time do the ropes go up for the parade routes?

And if I'm planning on watching from Bella Notte, what time should I get there to wait and watch?

I don't know when they put up the ropes, but usually pretty early.

Now, if you intend to watch from Bella Notte, or the restrooms there, you can arrive rather late and still have good spots. During all our visits, we have found this the least crowded parade viewing spots. From the "towers" until Bella Notte. Quite more people from the ice cream place and along small world (on the platform)

I think Fantilusion is the same route but hope someone can confirm it!

Is Bella Notre near Small World? I'm trying to look in my Brits Guide and it doesn't have it marked on the map

So if we watch fantilusion at Bella Notre, where is the best place to watch the fireworks and how do we get there from Bella Notre that doesn't involve following the parade?

Fantillusion follows the same route, but sometimes they go in the different direction (iasm - MS or MS-iasw)

Bella Note is in between the Fantasia gelati (or something like it, the ice cream place near iasw) and the "towers"/ restrooms.


To get from there to the main hub to watch the fireworks, the easiest way is the parade route. OR, you could go through Fantasylans, through the castle (if the Castle is "roped off", you can go through the dragon's cave or they have a path on the other side too)

I think for my first ngiht of fantillusion/firworks I'll jstu get there early and wait in a good position.

For wishes at DL Cali, we had a goodview, but had to get there an hour early.

It was 4th July though, and some people (I think locals) had come in at 6pm (firworks at 11pm) put down blankets and not gone on rides or anything, just picnic-ed. Once I've seen the firworks once, I will be able to get a good idea where else I could view them from.

Woudl be amaing to be on BTM during fireworks, but I think it will be shut then.

haha, it's a fun place, but nowhere near as good in my opinion. There a lot beter palces to visit in LA! universal is aweosme there (poor universal!) and Six Flags magic mountain is awesome.

I lived out there for a while, but only went to disney once, unlike Universal, where I went every spare afternoon/evening I could get my hands on. I had a ticket that meant you bought it once adn you got in free for a whoel year!

Also, Universal was only 20 mins on a bus from me whereas Anaheim is a BIG drive from West Hollywood, so maybe if I was closer I'd go more. But honestly, when I saw the castle, i was like "oh, ny house is bigger than that". it's tiny!

IMO, nothing compares to DL in Anaheim.
It's the original, it's the one Walt built and the one Walt walked in.
But that's just my opinion of course!
