I have already ordered PAP's (Florida Resident). Got them in the mail this week.

Just want to be sure.....

Per DisneyWorld.com, when you arrive you exchange voucher for pass, your Annual time starts then.

On letter it states, to exchange, passes good from "issuance date". This means when I exchange them for actual passes, right? Not the date on the "card-voucher" date I received in the mail? My date on voucher 2/15/05 we aren't going until 9/25/05. Issuance date is date of "exchanging" your voucher, correct?

Correct, The day you stop at Guest Relations and you receive the pass that you actually use for the parks, that is when the clock starts ticking.
