Paperwork for Add-On?

We purchased an add-on last Friday (02-22-08). The points are already in our account and I have already made reservations with them. However, we have not received any paperwork. When we purchased our original points, we purchased on a Wednesday and had paperwork in hand by noon on Monday. Should I be calling guide or is this a normal timeframe?

Someone just yesterday or so ask the same question and then they called and was told things are running behind.It should be out soon I would just hang tight for a couple of more days.

I did an add on on Wednesday and just received my paperwork today so it may be a few more days for yours.

It took us over a week to get our paperwork for our recent add on.

I bought a week ago Friday and haven't received paperwork but was able to book reservations as well. I think they are dealing with the end of the recent incentive program as well as the OKW extensions - from what I have seen that promotion ended yesterday. My guide mentioned to be patient for the paperwork, etc.
