Paper tickets

i have mnsshp tickets that were sent to me that are regular card tickets and are linked to my mde account. I plan to make fast passes 30 days out. I also won 2 park hopper tickets at golf outing which are paper tickets that I also linked to my account. I'm using park hoppers day after mnsshp. Couple questions: do I need to trade paper ph tickets into cards before I go to turnstile? I don't want to waste rope drop time. There are bar codes on paper but I'm nervous. I'm also nervous that when I make fast passes for hp they will take them out of park hoppers. Any suggestions?

1. Yes.
The ticket booths or Guest Relations booths outside the parks and at TTC will open 90 minutes before the regular hours park opening time. (Or 30 minutes before AM EMH opening time.)
Also, you can exchange for a plastic RFID ticket at DS/DTD.

2. You can't access FP+ INSIDE THE PARK if you don't have a plastic card RFID ticket (or a MagicBand.) All plastic tickets issued at WDW are RFID enhanced.

3. Nothing gets "taken out of" any ticket by making FP+ reservations.
If you can make FP+ reservations, it doesn't matter which ticket you use to enter the park.
But, if you don't have a plastic RFID ticket or MB, you cannot enter a FP+ line inside the park, as the FP+ readers use RFID for access to your MDE/FP+ account.

Yes; they can be exchanged at any Ticket Window or Guest Relations in any park or Disney Springs.
