Paper tickets for Seaworld tours

I think I goofed...likely really screwed up

I booked the VIP tour for our April trip. I have the email confirmations. A few days ago it occurred to me that I thought they sent us real tickets, but I can not find them.

Does anyone know if they do indeed send real tickets, or is it my imagination? Do you think if I call they can reprint them and send them again?

I'm not 100% sure but I would imagine if you called and explained what happened, they would either send you the actual tickets or a voucher you would need to exchange.

I agree with the pp - Sea World does keep records and they should be able to look it up for you when you arrive, but you might check one other thing: on your e-mail confirmation, do they have a link to print out an electronic voucher? Even if you have printed it out once, you can print it again. It is simply to show you have the reservation: they have the information there.

I booked a Family Fun Tour online. I received an email confirmation #/receipt of my online purchase. The email states:

"Welcome to the SeaWorld's Family Fun Tour, a four-hour guided experience of SeaWorld. Please check in by 9:30 am at the Reservations Counter located just inside the main entrance to receive your tour time and instructions on where to meet your tour guide. "

So you do not get actual tickets for the tour...your information is on the computer system, so just go get checked in and they will tell you everything you need to know about the tour. Bring your email confirmation letter just in case!

I hope that you will come back and write about your tour! I would love to read it and see how it went! We don't go until July...
