I have seen some totally awesomne PP and have no idea how to start. I would love to do them but it seems complicated. :confused3 How do you piece small parts(eyes, Mouth, maybe shoes) Do you have to cut out the smallest pieces in the color paper you want? Or do you layer? If you layer do the finished pieces turn our too thick? Thanks :hippie:

Most of the paper piecings I have done included some layering. They didn't get too thick. I guess that would depend on how many layers and what kind of paper you used. I wouldn't try to layer everything. One thing I found helpful when doing them is to use the xyron on those small parts. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I wondered if for eg i did mickey. Do i layer the black body, peach face, white eyes etc. I am mostly wondering how to get to the smaller pieces :scared1: (eyebrows, black of eyes etc) I doin't think i have the hands to cut such small pieces! :confused3

Some of the tinyiest peice (blacks of eyes) are normally drawn onto the face or eyes.
