its a really thin guitar that is sold in department stores for around 24-26 bucks...
what is it? does it need anything eles?

All I know is....every SINGLE time we go into Walgreen's, my boys fight over who is going to play the guitar on display. They have them on their Christmas lists and I have bought them each a guitar and a strap.

But, my question is....do you HAVE to have the amp to go with the guitars or will they play without it???

Walmart.com has them for $19.99 and with an amp for $29.99.

I think they work without the amp...the desription says the amp also works as a speaker

I saw that Walgreens will have them for $14.95 on Black Friday. (Don't forget, Wal Mart will price match.)

Just bought one for DS birthday - just the guitar and the strap. Now the other DS wants the drums for Christmas!! They love playing the display ones and I hope they have fun on them at home too.

You do not need to amp, there is a built in speaker which believe me, makes it loud enough!!! My son got the drums for his birthday last month. He had been begging for Paper Jamz for about 2 months.
