PANIC!HELP!! think my MYW tickets are wrong?

HELP, please, someone!! I leave at 5 am tomorrow, and I went today and got everones tickets... all 13 of them. I got them from the local Navy MWR office( Moral, wellfare, and rec.) They had to special order them, and told me it would take a week -10days max. I allowed almost 3 weeks, and good thing!
Anyway, after many, many times of telling them that I needed all the tickets to be 10day, Pluses,non expire, AND park hopping, and then asking them again went we paid$$$ today, I got home and was xeroking the backs- and THINK the blubbed up.
The tickets say " 10 DAY W/5 MPP VISITS NO EXPIRARION" but NOthing about park hopping! Am I totally messed up? Should they not say Park hopping? Goodness, I sure hope they did not mess them up!
BTW the woman at the ticket office told me that the reason it took so long was that they main office in SanDiego messed up and orginally sent the WRONG tickets, and that was when I, AGAIN!!!, asked if they were 10day/5pluses/non expire/park hopping and was told yes.
Please someone check your tickets and let me know if I am in trouble! Thanks!
 
I have a 10 day WITH expiration and park hopping, and it does say park hopping on the back. I'm not saying yours is wrong, because I dont have the MPP option, but mine does say "10 Day Park Hopper"
 
Do you have proof that you ordered them with park hopping and paid the price with park hopping? I would go to a guest relations window when you get there to try to straighten it out. Are you staying at Shades of Green, if so there maybe someone you can talk to there.

Just had a look at a tick agency site (www.ticketmania.com) and it says "the only tickets that have Park Hopping, are the one that say Park Hopping". Don't panic! I should imagine you can upgrade as soon as you get to the 1st park. The difference in prices for hopping & non hopping is around $35. I know you can upgrade tickets from expiry to non-expiry at the parks so I don't see it's any different for non-hopping to hopping. Just make sure you haven't been charged for hopping.

I have already PAID for the Park Hopping option! I don't want to add it! I checked many, many times and was told they were all in one tickts. I more then trippled checked each and every day I talked to the ticket people.
So at this point I am going to call my charge card people and report them for fraud. I am also calling my congress man, and requesting a Congressional review of the Navy MWR ticket offices, they then have 24 hours to respond to me, by law. I am really, really steamed and super upset at the idiot ticket people.
And I knew I should have tripled checked when they told me that the tickets I had were the correct ones and I was not sure they were.

The "MPP" could stand for "Magic Premium Plus." As long as they are "premium" they include BOTH park hopping and plus features.

OK--I have the 10 day, no expiration, park hopping with plus pack tickets.
Mine say " 10 Day Park HPR w/5 MPP visits No Expiration" (quoted from the ticket--abbreviations and all)

I believe the MPP on yours stands for "Magic Plus Pack".

Sorry to say, I think they got you the wrong tickets.

Before you do all that, I honestly suggest sitting down and taking a breather. Compare what you were charged with VS what you got. IF it was an error that was made when the order was placed, then you shouldn't have been charged the amount for a 10 day Premium ticket (which is what a 10 day park hopper with 5 plus visits are).

I understand you're upset, but getting angry rarely solves anything, and usually causes MUCH frustration on all parts. Remember that it CAN be fixed, your vacation isn't ruined and you've still got your health. These are TICKETS... Tickets to a theme park, and they honestly don't matter a whit in the scheme of the universe.

Bring your ticket receipt. Get to WDW, start using the tickets, if the turnstile attendant says you don't have hopping, go add the hopping and show the receipt. You need to add hopping to all 13 of the tickets before you return home if they were used at all during this vacation. If Guest Relations charges you anyway for the hopping, after you get back home talk to the person you ordered the tickets from.

Do an ordinary credit card dispute if the problem came up and was not solved in 30 days.

It's too early for jumping up and down and screaming "Fraud!".

ok, update. You are all correct, as usual! I did not get the Park hopper option, and the Reciept states we paid for that option. I am/was not so much angry as very panic mode since this is a trip of college kids/families that have saved for this trip a long time. We were told we were getting all the options and paid the Correct amount per the MWR rate. So I did not get what I paid for.
However, I have made many phone calls tonite, and did get a result.

The American Ex, company will let us file a fraud charge against the Ticket seller since what we got is NOT what the reciept said we paid for.
I called the main Navy ticket office in San Diego, CA. They are investigating this as they are the office that isussed the tickets. No info till Mon at the earliest.

I called WDW and they told me to call Shades of Green Resort. I did and talked to the night manager. She is checking on stuff for me. She has been very nice, but this is not their problem, and I know that. She has gone above the duty she has to.

I also called the Command Master Cheif for the Navy base that sold me the tickets. IF you are military you know what this means... A phone call on Sat nite is NOT a good thing for a CMC. He told me to go down to WDW, pay the extra $ to make it park hopping, save the reciepts, and HE would make sure I got a refund. He will be talking to the Director of the ticket office on Mon.
(A CMC in the Navy is a major God to all the enlisted, and any officer with any intelligence. The keep the Navy together. I base this on 35 years as an enlisted Dept/and Officer Wife. Master Chiefs know every thing of any importance and it is there job to keep the CO out of trouble.)

So short result- pay money, get refund, have a nice trip!

Will think of all of you the next 2 weeks as I am dealing with all the teenagers we are taking... it is now a trip of 18 of us. Some of us have PAP, many hours of sub teaching!
 
I am so glad things are working out for you. I would have been in panic mode as well.

You inspired me to check my tickets. I hadn't even pulled them from the paper they came stuck to yet. Tomorrow we are photocopying the backs.
