Panel App?

Anyone use Panel App? An ad for it came up on one of my apps, maybe mPlaces or something, honestly not even sure. The first screen says "Panel App measures your device data, including location, while you go about your day." You can earn prizes for using it. I don't really have a problem with the location issue, and don't even really care if it wants to see what I'm doing on my phone if that's the deal, but just didn't know if it had caused problems for anyone or was even worth it to use it. What are the prizes like, etc.?
