i have a Pizzafari QS family style dinner reservation. I’ve made our park plans specifically to avoid backtracking to minimize walking. The plan is to go to ROL at 615, then head to Pizzafari and tour Pandora after dark.

The park closes at 8 pm. I have a few questions -

1. If we leave Pizzafari at 8 pm, will they let us into Pandora to tour it before leaving?

2. If we leave Pizzafari at 750, will they let us into Pandora (to ride FOP)

3. If we get in line at 750 at FOP, can we still do Rider switch?

4. How long should I factor for the Pizzafari meal?

I’m the planner in my group, and I know they will want to see ROL and Pandora after dark. But my toddler will need to eat. I wonder if I should move the Pizzafari reservation to 645 - is that a far walk? Can we make that walking slow?

1. If the park closes at 8pm there might be CM at the Pandora entrance turning people away from coming in
2. Yes, you can enter any attraction within a minute before park closing so the latest would be 7:59pm
3. This one I'm not sure, I can't see why not
4. Depends on how fast you eat. I would say anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour

The show, RoL, is about 15 minutes long, the walk to Pizzafari will be about 10 to 15 minutes depending on speed, and you can get to your reservations a couple of minutes late without a problem, I would try and move it

Last question - is Pizzafari Family Style TS or QS? I moved the reservation and was double checking this. The website says it is TS now but when I originally booked I thought it was QS.

I booked it because I’m out of TS credits. But if they have changed it I need to drop it.

The regular Pizzafari is QS but this particular offering is TS, you could just eat from the regular Pizzafari options, or at Satu'li Canteen in Pandora, that's a QS as well, no need for reservations for either

I know it used to be QS - have they changed it? I’ve asked on the restaurants forum as well.

When did this change to TS? I can't find anything online. When they started it in the summer, it was a QS credit, but you needed an ADR like BoG breakfast and lunch.

The page still says casual dining, the menu says casual dining, but the all dining page lists it separately from Pizzafari as a table service.

I’m confused, so I’m deferring to the experts!

It seems as if it is still one QS credit per person. I would call if you're having doubts.

Rider swap may be a problem. When the line is closed the line is closed. Especially if the first party is entering the queue right before closing, the ride will likely close up before they make it back to the entrance. Can always ask if they can allow use of the swap another day. But I would not count on that either with FOP.

We walked from ROL to Pandora for a FOP fastpass this past Friday. The congestion in the walkways after ROL was awful. That said, even if you had a wide open walk and cancelled you Pizzafari reservation, I find it highly unlikely that the first person would get through FOP standby in time to do a rider swap. Now, if you had a FP for FOP, then it may be possible to pull off a rider swap, but not arriving at 7:50.

One suggestion I have if your little one absolutely needs to eat is to get him/her a snack that you can take into the ROL theater while you are waiting for the show to start. There is a lot of dead time while you are seated before the show starts (assuming you arrive plan on arriving early enough to get a decent seat).

We have an earlier fastpass for FOP, so the riding question was just because I was worried Rider Swap may not work that close to closing if we tried to ride a second time. If it doesn’t work, it’s no big deal.

We have a QS credit to use, and Pizzafari works well for this. But the toddler will probably eat snack during ROL that day too .

this is too stressfully squashed for me. I'd do pizzafari early dinner if I were you, before RoL and then relax in the evening after RoL.
