Anyone try Panda Express in CW - lookie for a quick meal o/s the theme parks? Also, is Whopper Bar like a traditional BK or is it mainly burgers with a fixings bar ?

We ate at the Panda Express on our last trip. It was just OK. It will fit the bill for something less expensive than the sit downs and quick. I'd compare it to the Chinese food at the mall food court. In fact the whole area had the mall food court feel. Moe's, Panda and the Whopper are all in the same building and your party can split up and go to whichever counter interests them the most.

My wife tried it this past time. She said it was good. We normally eat at Moe's.:thumbsup2

We prefer to go to Panda express on I'Drive. went on Sunday night when the Mall closed, food was excellent, i had the Honeyshrimp and orange chicken and it was excellent

I liked the Whopper Bar. Its mainly Whoppers with various toppings (i.e. fried onion strings, thousand island dressing, different cheeses) and like fries and such. You order your toppings when you order your burger. I think they had a chicken sandwich too, but I'm not sure.

panda express is a chain enterprise.

we have lots of them in the chgo area and suburbs.

some of the food is really good and some of the selections on the menu just doesn't cut it.

i don't remember the prices at panda at cw, but where i live, panda is not a cheap place for 'fast food' type.

We ate at Panda Express a couple of times on our last trip. DH and I loved the orange chicken. If I recall correctly, it was pretty reasonable. The Whopper bar not so much.

The one on I'Drive cost $5.99 for side of rice or noodles and 2 dishes which i choose Honey shrimp was $1 extra and the orange chicken, think the total with drinks was $23 approx so would assume CW would be similar

Because I am a complete saddo, I still have a record of how much we paid in August last year. DH had combo meal - 2 mains (beef & broccoli and orange chicken) and 1 side (fried rice) plus large drink - it was $9.57 with tax.

Thanks all - I think we'll definitely put Panda on our options list - sounds like an easy place if we are all tired, hungry and crabby from the heat!

looks like panda express is cheaper there than in chgo land.

just for the beef and broccoli with a side of rice was $8, for up my way........

everything is higher here.
i'm lucky to get gas for $3.90/gal
