pancreatic disease

My ds, 9 years old, has acute pancreatitis and is on a lowfat diet. He cannot eat anything cooked with any type of oil, butter or magarine. Does anyone know of any restaurants in the parks and resorts that could handle this request? I have looked at some of the menus and there are some places that grill chicken and fish. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
