Panama City Beach

We are thinking of taking a long weekend here next summer. Could any of you recommend some sort of condo resort with an indoor pool (we swim alot on vacation) near the beach. We would also consider Ft. Walton, Destin or Pensacola.

Have you looked on www.vrbo.com yet? I highly recommend them for condo rentals. You are renting direct- however, the condo's usually are more upgraded and a better price.

We love to stay at the Island House hotel in Orange Beach. We do a girls weekend there every year and so we always get the penthouse. The rooms are nice, there's a resturant and bar, a pool, and it's right on the beach. Plus close to everything!
